Sleep easier with Acai Berry
I suffered from sleep problems for many years: I was restless and just couldn’t sleep on a night. This made me tired during the day. I was told that the whole problem was largely due to stress; of course being tired during the day and unable to carry out my job properly just made me even more stressed — a catch 22 situation. It was a horrible period in my life.
I went to a sleep therapist and she explained that sleep is affected by the stressed muscles around my body. Because they are stressed they do not allow me to sleep. “Here,” she said, “try acai berry“. Apparently the acai berry contains loads of amino acids that help to relax individual muscles. It also contains vitamin B, a vitamin which allows the body to properly regulate production of the neurotransmitters that impact on your ability to sleep properly.
So I did.
And what a difference it made. Really. A couple of days passed before I started getting the full benefits, but this little acai berry has changed my life so much for the better; it’s difficult to imagine just how tired I was then, compared to how much energy I have now. Wonderful!
